1.About us

These terms are between you and Fertile Green Industries Private Limited ("FGIPL"), a company incorporated in India (CIN U10801AP2024PTC113736, GSTIN 37AAFCF8000M1ZI). Truemeal is our brand. They cover our websites (truemeal.in, truemealfeeds.com and fertilegreen.in), the Truemeal mobile app and all purchases from us. By using them or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2.Our products

We make and sell animal feeds and supplements, including Total Mixed Ration (TMR) feeds, for cattle, buffaloes, sheep and goats (feed manufacturing licence FANLBONE000040). Store and use them as the pack and our feeding guidance say. Pictures are for illustration; packs may vary.

3.Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code we send on WhatsApp. Keep your phone and codes to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Give us correct details; we may suspend accounts that are misused.

4.Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include any GST that applies. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout for the selling point and delivery option you chose.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel it, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown wrongly; anything you paid is then refunded in full.
• A minimum quantity may apply to online orders; it is shown in the Shop.

5.Payment

• Online payments are made through ICICI Bank's payment gateway, by UPI or net banking (other methods may be added). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank password.
• You may pay in full or in part. Goods are handed over or loaded only when the order is fully paid. Orders with no payment are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
• Credit for dealers and institutional buyers is given only under a separate written agreement.

6.Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these terms.

7.Feeding guidance and results

Feed Plans, feeding guidance and the results we publish (for example, up to 15% more milk) are based on our trials and experience. Every farm is different: results depend on the animals' health, breed, water, fodder and care, so they are a guide, not a promise.

8.Fair use

Do not misuse our websites or app: no attempts to get unauthorised access, to disrupt them, to place false orders or give false information, or to use them for anything unlawful.

9.Our content

The Truemeal name and logo, product names, text, pictures and software on our websites and app belong to FGIPL or are used with permission. Please ask us in writing before using them.

10.Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing here takes away your rights under Indian consumer law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as floods, strikes or transport breakdowns.

11.Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new date and applies from then on. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under consumer protection law.
