1.Who we are
This policy is issued by Fertile Green Industries Private Limited ("FGIPL", "we", "us"), which sells under the brand Truemeal. It covers our websites (truemeal.in, truemealfeeds.com and fertilegreen.in), the Truemeal mobile app, our outlets, and the people who buy from us, sell our products, advise farmers on our behalf or apply to work with us. We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2.What we collect
- Contact details: your name, mobile (WhatsApp) number and, where you give it, your email address.
- Farm or business details: village, mandal, district and state, delivery and billing addresses, a map pin if you add one, your animals (for feed plans) and your GSTIN if you buy as a business.
- Orders and payments: what you order, where and how it is delivered or collected, invoices, and the payment reference, amount and status we receive from the bank.
- Messages: what you send us through forms, WhatsApp, phone or help requests, including photos you attach.
- Job applications: your CV and the details you send when you apply to work with us.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address and basic usage data, and your location only when you allow it on your device.
We never collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Payments are made on ICICI Bank's secure payment page and we receive only the result.
3.Why we use it
- To sign you in: we send a one-time code to your WhatsApp number; there is no password.
- To take, deliver and hand over your orders, issue GST invoices and receipts, and keep your account statement.
- To show prices and selling points near you and to work out road distances and delivery charges.
- To answer your questions and help requests, and to follow up on dealer, consultant and job applications.
- To meet legal duties such as tax, accounting and food and feed safety records, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
- With your consent only: product news and offers. You can stop these at any time.
5.How we protect it
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access inside FGIPL is limited by role and recorded. Our systems talk to each other on secured server-to-server connections; your login code and session are never shown to other parties.
6.How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to serve you. Invoices, payments and other accounting records are kept for the periods Indian tax and company law require. Job applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Data we no longer need is deleted.
7.Your choices and rights
- See and correct the details in your account at any time, or ask us to.
- Withdraw consent for messages that are not about your orders.
- Ask us to delete data we are not required by law to keep.
- Nominate a person to act for you, and raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (below) or, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
9.Children
Our services are meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10.Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. Important changes will also be shown in the app or on the website.
