This policy applies to all orders placed with Fertile Green Industries Private Limited (“FGIPL”), operating under the brand Truemeal Feeds.
1. Order processing
Orders are confirmed after internal verification and stock check, normally within 2–3 business days of order placement. You will receive confirmation by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the Truemeal Feeds app.
2. Delivery areas and timelines
We currently deliver across Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana, with wider delivery across India through our logistics partners. Typical delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Within SPSR Nellore district and nearby districts: 2–5 business days
- Rest of South India: 5–10 business days
- Other regions: 10–15 business days
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, transport availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping/transport charges, where applicable, are shown before payment — at checkout on our website, or on the order confirmation in the app. Bulk and dealer orders may have transport arranged separately as agreed at the time of order.
4. Delivery and inspection
Please ensure the delivery address, contact number, and landmark details are accurate; delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses are outside our control. We request you to inspect bags at the time of delivery and report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
