This policy applies to all purchases from Fertile Green Industries Private Limited (“FGIPL”), operating under the brand Truemeal Feeds, made through our websites, mobile application, or sales outlets.
1. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before dispatch by calling +91 63052 15928 or emailing sales@fertilegreen.in with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you cancel an order that was paid online before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns
Because animal feed is a perishable consumable product, delivered feed cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of change of mind. However, we will replace the product or issue a full refund if:
- the product was damaged in transit (torn/wet bags, contaminated contents);
- you received the wrong product or the wrong quantity (short delivery); or
- the product is defective (visible spoilage, foreign material, or manufacturing defect).
To claim, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by phone or email with your order number and clear photographs of the affected bags and packaging. Our team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement or refund, at your option.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or bank transfer) within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash purchases at outlets are refunded by bank transfer to your registered account. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary by bank.
4. Failed or duplicate online transactions
If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by the bank/payment aggregator within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it with the payment provider. Duplicate payments for the same order are refunded in full once identified.
