These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites truemeal.in, truemealfeeds.com, and fertilegreen.in, the Truemeal Feeds mobile application, and the purchase of products from Fertile Green Industries Private Limited (“FGIPL”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company incorporated in India.
Truemeal Feeds is a brand of Fertile Green Industries Private Limited.

By accessing our websites or app, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We manufacture and sell animal feed products, including Total Mixed Ration (TMR) feeds and related supplements, for livestock such as cattle, buffaloes, sheep, and goats. Product descriptions, feeding guidance, and images are provided for information; actual packaging may vary. Feed products should be stored and used as per the feeding instructions provided.
2. Accounts
To order through our app or website you may need to create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Transport charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; an order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery-area limitations, or suspected fraud — any amount already paid for a declined order will be refunded in full.
4. Payments
Payments may be made by UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other methods offered at checkout, processed through RBI-authorised banks and payment aggregators. We do not store your card or banking credentials (see our Privacy Policy). For failed or duplicate transactions, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Credit terms for dealers and institutional buyers are governed by separate written agreements.
5. Delivery, returns, and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns, and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our websites or app, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, submitting false information, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All content on our websites and app — including the Truemeal Feeds name, logo, product names, text, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to FGIPL and may not be used without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Animal performance depends on many factors beyond feed, including animal health, management, and environment; outcomes described in our materials are indicative and not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FGIPL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, transport disruptions, or government actions.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
