1. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, mobile number, email address, delivery and billing addresses, farm/business details, and GSTIN (for business customers); order details and payment references; messages you send to our support team; account credentials when you register on our app or website.
Information collected automatically: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and usage data when you use our app or websites; approximate or precise location only when you grant permission, used for delivery address capture and distributor lookup.
Payment information: all online payments are processed by RBI-authorised banks and payment aggregators. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on our servers. We receive only a transaction reference, payment status, and amount from the payment provider.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders; to create and manage your account; to communicate order status, invoices, and payment receipts; to provide customer support; to comply with legal obligations (GST invoicing, accounting, tax law); to prevent fraud and secure our systems; and, with your consent, to send you product updates and offers (you may opt out at any time).
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: payment aggregators and banks to process your payments; logistics and transport partners to deliver your orders; our IT service providers (ERP and hosting providers) who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards; and government or regulatory authorities where required by law.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data exchanged with our app and websites, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Payment transactions are protected by the security standards of our RBI-authorised payment partners (including PCI DSS).
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, and thereafter as required by Indian law (including tax and accounting records, which must be retained for statutory periods). Data no longer required is securely deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and update your personal data; withdraw consent for non-essential processing; request erasure of data we are not legally required to retain; and nominate a person to exercise your rights.
